My Survey Questions were Converted to True or False

I've conducted my survey and everything went fine except for one matrix question converted all of the answers to True or False.

Usually this is due to the main cell group being limited to just two options, as opposed to all of the ones available in the matrix question. Correct data should be stored in the Raw Data report and SPSS report for that survey. Unfortunately, the problem won't be able to be fixed without deleting all responses in the survey first.
